Hi I calibrated my monitor with a X-Rite I1 Profiler Pro and with Display CAL (obviously). I attached two images, show ing what happens, Basically when the lut is applied the preview (pressing spacebar) as well as the “Preview” app show crushed blacks and fuck everything up. Same happens with quicktime.

For the calibration I simply selected the Laptop (Gamma 2.2) preset and adjusted the nummer of patches.

I bet I did something wrong and I’m guessing that it has something to to with my vcgt?

What did I wrong and (I know the answer for this deep down) will I need to recalibrate?

I also calibrated my monitor through resolve so that I apply the 3D Lut on the viewer while bypassing the icc profile, that worked great, I think at least I think so. I did that before calibrating using the laptop preset.

Hope I made it clear, if you need anymore information please tell me.

    Thank you very much guys.

Is this graphic corruption visible elsewhere? I find it odd that it is constrained to the content area.
