Hi,
DisplayCal 3.8.9.3, ran all profiling and calibration but at the end of it say cannot be installed/activated. Pictures attached show the settings I assumed were the correct ones. Thanks for your help.

Copy manually the resulting profile to macos profiler folder if displaycal can’t. Then assign it manually in ColorSync
Thanks, i think i was able to add it manually under Devices, and then saw it appear under Profiles. Is this it? How do i know the screen calibration is in effect? Not sure i notice much difference.

Yes, in devices, find screen, then on right screen bottom one.
Take a look on calibration curves: if it is close to 45 degree line there was little to correct in grey.
