So my i1D3 is fairly old school (2011) and it’s pretty beaten up now, thrown into a drawer when not in use and looking pretty battered
Despite the age, as long as the lens is in good condition, I have no reason to worry right?
Better if you had something to compare against. Ideally another device, but as an economic test a recent calibration profile that you know to be accurate. Run validation and check if remains OK.
You can try by renting a spectrophotometer (e.g. i1pro2) and create a CCSS and color profile for that monitor with the tone curve and white point as measured. Then verify that ICC with i1d3 + CCSS just created and see the results to see if the color deviation is much or not.
