imac – catalina – spyder 4 – error

i’m getting the damned error message

“new_disprd() failed with ‘Instrument Access Failed”

I tried every usb port, I uninstalled display cal several times, and followed the quick guide.

I don’t know what to do now. I would like to use the official datacolor app but is not supported anymore.

PS  i just tried the spyder 4 with displaycal on my old macbook with yosemite and it just worked flawlessly.

Any help?
