After using dispcalGUI to create a 3D LUT for use in Resolve, I want to verify the accuracy. I think Resolve bypasses the 3D monitor LUT for color patches, right? So then the LUT needs to be applied by dispcalGUI for the verification. But in the Verification screen, under DeviceLink Profile, I am unable to select the .cube file. It only lets me select the .icc file by the same name.

Yes, that’s correct. The ICC devicelink by the same name as the cube file is the right choice. You might want to use the current development snapshot (3.0.2.1 beta) to do the verification, because that fixes a bug when the display whitepoint was not adjusted via the display controls. Otherwise, you should be fine.
