Help to calibrate DELL S2415H

Hi can anybody help me with settings to calibrate a dell s2415h. I’m running windows 10 looking at settings for printing  I use lightroom and photoshop for edits when I used Displaycal on a old monitor before I had to set a custom white level at 90 because prints came out to dark compaired to on screen. thanks for looking
