Hi, does anyone know why I get this error when I try to use the CIE 2012 observer? Works fine with any other observers, but not this one.

The “2012” observers were renamed to “2015”.

Go to: Options > Advanced > Set additional commandline arguments… > dispcal  and type -Q 2015_10 (or 2015_2),

HI, thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I still get the same error message. I tried adding -Q 2015_10 and -Q 2012_10 to the dispcal line, both got the same result. Any other suggestions?

The command line does add to what the displaycal gui does.    Did you set the oberserver to 1931 in displaycal?    It will use the 2015 observer in command line.  I am not one who test what works.  I think sticking to the old argyii is fine for me.   You could try the displaycal on github .  https://github.com/eoyilmaz/displaycal-py3/blob/develop/docs/install_instructions_windows.md
