As I have just started to use DisplayCAL for my iMac calibration, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use (even though there’s a million option) compared to my other project of calibrating my LG OLED TV with HCFR.
Can or do you ever envision that DisplayCAL will support calibrating TVs (OLED, LCD, …) and provide easy workflow to do so ? HCFR is extremely powerful but very complex to use aside from the complexity that has to do with TV calibration.

Calibration by “just” turning knobs on a TV (or changing settings in its OSD) is a different use-case altogether from what DisplayCAL aims to offer (LUT-based calibration and profiling), and this is unlikely going to change.
