DisplayCal – does it ICCv2 or ICCv4?

    I searched for nearly an hour here and on Google, but for the hell of me i can’t find what version profiles DisplayCal creates. I can’t even find a way to open the ICC Profile and read out the profile version.

    So does DisplayCal play it save and uses the more widely compatible ICC v2?

    AFAIK displaycal uses v2.

    Yes, ICC v2 only.

    Thanks, good to know. So ICC version incompatibility is out of the question, regarding my problems getting neutral grays.
