    I am running Win 7 x64 and trying to use an Optix XR (DTP94) sensor. When I start any of the measurement functions, I get the blue screen of death and am told to remove the drivers and software I just installed. I am running the Argyil v1.8.3 win 64 drivers. DisplayCAL doesn’t work with the x-Rite driver 3.1.0.

    Hi,

    you’ll have to diagnose the problem using the STOP code and parameters. BlueScreenView can help with this.
