I have Fedora 22 (64-bit) Workstation and dispcalGUI 3.0.5
After several months of on and off trying I am trying again to make this program work for me.
The colormgr program is installed, but it seems like it has no devices list in there somewhere. That is why Linux cannot install the .icc profile I created last Sept. or the one from the working system from 2014.
[lilzebra@nightowl ~] $ colormgr get-devices display
[lilzebra@nightowl ~] $
^^^ See nothing is listed. So how do I create a list of devices?
[lilzebra@nightowl ~] $ colormgr import-profile LP154W02-TL06 2015-09-02 86cdm² D5000 2.2 F-S 3xCurve+MTX.icc
The profile was not added in time
[lilzebra@nightowl ~] $ colormgr get-devices display
[lilzebra@nightowl ~] $
So all I need is to create a script to autorun this at boot.
Hmm. dispcalGUI-apply-profiles doesn’t work?
[root@nightowl ~] # dispcalGUI-apply-profiles
-bash: dispcalGUI-apply-profiles: command not found
[root@nightowl ~] #
If you’re using 0install, the command is 0install run --command=run-apply-profiles http://dispcalgui.hoech.net/0install/dispcalGUI.xml
.
If you’ve installed a profile, there should be a z-dispcalGUI-apply-profiles.desktop
file in /etc/xdg/autostart
or ./config/autostart
which runs at login.
