can not launch displaycal on windows 10

hello,

on mac os display cal and agryll work just fine. on windows i cant launch displaycal after selecting the agryll folder.

im using a i3 display plus, so no drivers needed but displaycal still needs those agryll drivers. it cant find a display device and just freezes. after that i cant launch displaycal.

Maybe a port issue?

Commandline with admin privileges

netstat -ba

Look for “listening” at 56697. Close that application. Try Displaycal again.

Or maybe you blocked it in Windows Firewall

im really thankful for your reply. i have looked in command prompt but couldnt find anything with netstat -ba under that port number.

then i have disabled my firewall. now i get this error log:

now it doesnt say can not connect, but still it doesnt work. i have looked all the internet but cant find a solution 🙁
