    I have a wide gamut display (dell up2414Q) and work in a fairly dark work space, what brightness level would you recommend for rec.709 work.

    Hi, a commonly recommended brightness level for grading work is 100 cd/m2. If that’s too bright for your environment, you may have to experiment a little to find a comfortable level. You can do so during the “interactive adjustment” part of calibration.
