Will there or is there a Windows ARM compatible future for DisplayCal? Is this currently in development?

I would also be interested in this, given that the newest Surface Pro 13 series is only released as ARM devices.

What is the latest on making DisplayCal available for Windows on ARM?

Also, is there any calibration hardware anyone knows of that provides drivers for Windows on ARM?

First of all you need that your ARM SoC publishes to Win OS how to acces video LUT… and AFAIK it is not happening on Raspi GPU.
Second you need to compile ArgyllCMS for WinARM, request at http://www.argyllcms.com… but likely to depend on VCGT access publised to OS.
    Third, https://github.com/eoyilmaz/displaycal-py3.
