White point problem

Hello,
i did the first and only calibration 3 month ago(all was fine), today i tryed a new one but seems that my Spyder X Pro doesn’t work or have issue on data comunication.
the monitor and pc are the same, the gpu drivers too, the only change who make conflinct could be any windows 10 updates?
