Hello community,

I’m trying to create a correction for a colorimeter using a spectrophotometer.

When I go to Tools -> Correction -> Create colorimeter correction. Click ‘Measure’, after a few seconds I see that error message new_disprd failed with Ínstrument Access Failed”

Attached a log file.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

  1. The instrument seems to be in use by another software, also there is a permissions problem in your home folder. Make sure no other software is using the instrument. To fix the permissions problem, use macOS Disk Utility.
