    Hello,

I’m  a little bit confused about the 1D LUT calibration that gets included as part of the profile. I created profile with a 1.0 tone curve, is it possible to change this target after the calibration is completed or do I have to create a new calibration? At least would it be possible to keep the created “characterization” of the display and change parameters such as target gamma and target white point without having to recalibrate each time?

    Regards.

Display actual TRC response (the one you get after you apply a 1D LUT in GPU + some preconditioning in OSD controls) and ICC profile TRC response must match*, otherwise it’s pointless since color managed apps will behave acording to profile TRC.

*=They should match but you may want to get an exact match (3xTRC, independent) or an idealized neutral match (3xTRC, equal)
