I’m using a Spyder 4 and an AMD Radeon 580. The screens are an Wacom 22hd that connects via DVI and a Dell 2410 connected via HDMI. I have been trying to visually calibrate the monitors with Displaycal. I’m not yet running the software calibration. Using the same settings for both (6500K, 110 white point) gives me monitors that are visually 1000K off from one another. The Wacom seems to calibrate very warm. If I visually calibrate the Dell to 5500K they are very close in color cast. What is going on?

You need to use proper correction for each backlight type for each display. IDNK right now which type is Wacom 22HD but U2410 is a “widegamut CCFL”.
