Profile Recreation – How to?

I’d like to create a new profile based on my old measurement. Specifically I want to change from sRGB to Gamma 2.2, or vice versa.

What I’ve been doing is setting DispCAL’s options to what I want: 6500k, high profile quality, sRGB, etc. Then I go to File -> Create profile from measurement data.

When it finishes creating the “new” profile, DispCAL’s GUI resets to whatever I originally created the profile with, not what I had set it to before telling it to recreate the profile. And, the recreated profile is also using the old settings, not the new ones.

How can I do this?

When you change calibration parameters, you need to create a new profile. See the documentation for the difference between calibration & profiling (characterization).
