    I chose to let windows handle loading the calibration profile, I would like to know how I can reverse this now.

    Try in File menu, install profile, choose you profile again and a window with profile summary & loading options should pop up.
    Maybe there are other ways, but this should be one of the easiest.

    You can toggle this in Windows Color Management -> Advanced.
