A note in the Argyll documentation mentions that madTPG can be used for pattern generator on non-Windows remotely. Is this a mistake? If not, where do you specify the IP address of the Windows host?

I am on Linux. If I try to profile anyway, (hoping for a prompt), I only get an error message explaining that MadTPG wasn’t found.

BTW: Thanks again for a wonderful program. I spent several hundred dollars to see if I could get better results with CalMAN, but could only get WORSE! I am back to DisplayCal/Argyll 🙂

The madVR network interface uses auto-discovery. You have to enable LAN access in the madVR task tray icon right-click menu on the Windows side.
