Totally new to all this.  I bought the x-rite i1display pro and using the displaycal software to try and calibrate my vizio quantum x but i’m a super noob and i have no clue what i’m doing.  Some questions…
Does it matter what i’m running the software on?  I’m using an old laptop that only outputs at 1366×768.  Would i need to run it on something that can output 4k, or does it not matter?  Also should my tv appear in the display list in displaycal or do i just use “untethered”?  The only display that appears is the laptop display.  I used untethered and ran the measurements and created the 3d lut, but then what am i supposed to do?  How do i actually calibrate?  The “calibration” tab is grayed out and non-clickable.

I hope someone can help me out, thank you.
