Feature request: DisplayCAL Translation Tool

It would be nice to have a Translation Tool for DisplayCAL to help translating DisplayCAL, I do know an opensource project called HDD Guardian do have such tool to help translating the GUI.

Is it possible add such tool to DisplayCAL?

What does the tool do?

Here is how it work, all the string of the interface are on the list, number of translated string are displayed in the progress bar.

The benefit is that when you add a new string in new version, the translator can know which new string needed to translate.
