    I am getting this error on two different computers whether it’s USB 2.0 or 3.0. I cannot seemt to find a solution. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    SOLVED – The USB extension cable I was using apparently went bad but still showed everything in Windows just fine. WHO KNEW!?!? Hope this helps someone else in the future.
