Does overdrive affect calibration for photo editing?

    I have an AOC 24g2u 144hz monitor that I have set to 120hz, (limited by the usb C adapter). There is an overdrive setting, off/weak/medium/strong.

    Does the overdrive setting affect calibration for photo editing of still images? Or only for moving images?  I was thinking to either set it to off or medium.
