dispread: Error – new_disprd failed with 'Instrument Access Failed'

Hi, I have a Spyder3 I had working at some point, but now I get this error.  It seems the real problem from the logs is: init_inst returned ‘Wrong or conflicting setup’ (Display device selection out of range)
I’ve attached my log.  Anyone encountered this?
