DisplayCal – Calibration Loading Disabled

I am setting up DisplayCal on my new laptop. When the loader launches with Windows it does not load any profiles, and instead says “DisplaycCal Detected. Calibration Loading Disabled”. If I open and close DisplayCal it starts working correctly until the next reboot . Re-installing DisplayCal doesn’t resolve the issue. Any ideas?

This issue seemingly resolved itself after a day or two . Was quite strange.
