Calibration with SpyderX Pro ‘Instrument Access Failed’ error

Hey, I bought SpyderX Pro to calibrate my Dell monitor but when I try to calibrate I keep getting the infamous ‘Instrument Access Failed’ error.

First off, when can I find the log file so I can attach it here ?

Do I read it correctly that you can do the interactive setup part and when you hit “calibrate” you get the error?
Assuming you’re using the “W-LED” mode, you might want to have a look in this thread here https://hub.displaycal.net/forums/topic/error-instrument-access-failed-for-lcd-white-led-mode/ where I and another user had the issue and I kinda fixed it.
